Ingredients:

Processing Method:- 2 cup bamboo shoots (chopped)

1. Wash shrimp thoroughly and discard the skin.
2. All the ingredients except crushed bay leaves, ginger, and tomatoes.
3. Sliced bamboo shoots boiled until tender.
4. Saute all the spices except cayenne.
5. Enter the ripe chopped bamboo shoots with chili sauce. Stir well.
6. Pour coconut milk into it. Let Santal new thickens remove from fire.
7. Serve.
