Recipe of Chicken Egg Roll

Japanese-style bento dish is a favorite to anyone. Chicken egg roll, for example, kids will like! Make your own, this recipe:

Ingredients :
- 1 sheet of skin ngohiong (beancurd skin)
- 250 grams of peeled shrimp, finely chopped
- 75 grams flour
- 2 pcs egg whites
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- Oil for frying
Method :
1. Scissors ngohiong skin into 4 pieces size 14 x 20 cm, set aside.
2. Combine shrimp, flour, egg whites, sugar, salt, pepper, pepper, rice wine, sesame oil and stir well.
3. Divide the dough into four parts. Set aside.
4. Place one sheet of dough on each ngohiong skin. Roll with compacted. Tape the edges with flour.
5. Steamed in a hot steamer for 30 minutes until cooked. Remove, let cool.
6. Heat oil, fry the shrimp rolls until cooked and golden browned. Remove and drain.
7. Cut oblique 1 cm. Serve.
 
Tips
* Sake mirin similar, only lighter in color and taste is not sweet. To cook cook should buy special sake. Sold in bottles.
