Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients :
- 1 / 4 cup cocoa
- 1 / 2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs yolks
- 1 / 2 cup of liquid milk
- 2 sdk mkn cornstarch
- Vanilla to taste

Method :
  • Cook sugar, milk and vanilla to a boil.
  • Combine with maizina flour, cocoa and water.
  • Enter the egg yolks and milk gradually to the boil and then boiled again.


  • After boiling, remove and let stand until heat is reduced.
  • Insert into the refrigerator.
  • If you have hard ice cream means you are ready to serve.
