How to Make :
- Dadar: Mash leaves and pandan leaves suji with 100 ml of water, wring the water set aside.
- Combine all omelet ingredients, mix well. Strain. Heat a flat non-stick pan, pour one ladle batter. Cook until cooked through and into thin pancakes. Repeat until dough runs out.
- Take one sheet of dough pancakes, fill with 1 banana. Roll up and wrap up the dough covered with banana pancakes. Wrap with banana leaf. Steam for 20 minutes or until cooked bananas. Remove, cut into pieces. Set aside.
- Porridge: Mix all ingredients porridge, stir well. Cook, stirring constantly, stirring until the porridge cooked and thickened texture. Lift. Set aside.
